Project Summary
Implementation of this tiny house project in Ayvalık was carried out by Bike Architecture. The work covers all on-site implementation processes for a small-scale residential structure.
The external facade was finished with natural stone cladding, with emphasis on facade integrity and material continuity. Window openings were completed with wooden shutters to achieve a simple, balanced appearance. Facade lighting elements were positioned to align with the building’s outdoor use.
The open area around the building was laid out in proportion to the structure’s scale. Green areas and seating were arranged to create a direct relationship between the building and the garden. Existing planting was retained and hard surfacing was kept to a minimum.
During implementation, a simple, functional and controlled approach was adopted in line with the small scale of the building. The project was completed in 2025 as a tiny house project reflecting Bike Architecture’s experience in residential implementation.
