Beylikevler Life Centre

Mixed Use – Life Centre / Architectural Project

Project Summary

Architectural project work for Beylikevler Life Centre in Beylikdüzü was prepared by Bike Architecture. The project was addressed through a life centre layout that brings together multiple building masses, supported by open areas and shared use spaces.

In the layout, pedestrian-focused open areas and voids with the character of inner courtyards were created between the building blocks. These areas were designed to provide an integrated spatial organisation together with the building masses. The aim was to establish a visual and spatial relationship between areas for public use at ground level and residential blocks on upper levels.

In the facade design, a rhythmic appearance was created with different colours and surface treatments. Floor lines and facade modulation were addressed through an architectural language that balances the perception of the building masses. The vertical and horizontal emphasis on the facades aims to break down the mass scale and create a more legible silhouette.

Open area arrangements were supported with landscape elements and pedestrian axes. At the site plan scale, the relationship of the buildings with each other and with the surrounding fabric was addressed in an integrated way. Visualisations prepared from different viewpoints were structured to show the project’s mass and spatial impact.

The project was developed by Bike Architecture as an architectural project covering the architectural design and visualisation work prepared for Beylikevler Life Centre.
