Istanbul – Maslak Office Towers

Mixed-use – Business center design

Project Summary

Located in Maslak, one of Istanbul’s busiest business corridors, the Maslak Office Towers Project was designed as a mixed-use business center that brings contemporary office requirements together with high-quality architectural solutions. With its twin-tower mass organization and a continuous commercial band at ground level, the project aims to establish a strong skyline presence while supporting public activity at street scale.

The tower forms are shaped by a fluid, vertically emphasized facade language that references Maslak’s dynamic urban texture. Large glazed surfaces maximize daylight and views on office floors, while facade setbacks and green terraces enhance visual diversity and user comfort. The relationship between masses offers a clear and legible circulation scheme through a core organization positioned in the background.

Commercial units on the ground and lower floors create a permeable structure that strengthens public use, while upper floors are planned as flexible office spaces adaptable to different scales and needs. Terrace and social areas at higher levels provide open-air use and relaxation opportunities, adding qualitative spatial value to working life.

With high-standard office spaces, a contemporary facade language and a strong relationship with the city, Maslak Office Towers is designed as a qualified architectural project that emphasizes corporate identity and supports modern business life in the Maslak district.
